We are currently looking for Lead Carpenters with experience in the following areas:

  • Managing high-quality residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
  • Scheduling and supervising all trade contractors and building inspections. 
  • Completing/submitting all job paperwork including job logs, safety notes, change orders, etc.
  • Performing accurate take-offs, ordering materials and coordinating deliveries with vendors.
  • Managing a project schedule and hitting production schedule timelines.
  • Maintaining high client satisfaction using professional, accurate & timely communication.
  • Performing carpentry tasks ranging from demolition, framing, to fine finish carpentry.
  • Conducting/running weekly client meetings.
  • Upholding our high standard of communication with clients, trades, vendors and co-workers.

Do you meet the following qualifications?

  • 5 years experience in construction industry (preferably residential experience, but not required).
  • 2 years experience as lead carpenter or other management experience (preferably, but not required).
  • Time management and punctuality a must.
  • Attention to detail.
  • General computer proficiency including Microsoft Office & Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
