The basement was mostly unfinished and just waiting for a great design to take it from oh so drab to absolutely fabulous. This basement was designed by our client’s sister who is an interior designer. This space is enjoyed by not just the family but a very lively group of neighbors who all open up their homes in the summer for weekly gatherings. And their pre-teen son moved out of a shared bedroom into the cleverly designed bedroom. And now grandma has her spot too – the Murphy bed - when she comes on her weekly stays and enjoys the zero-threshold shower. What a great space to share with family and friends!
