Jackson Design Build LLC was started in Seattle in 1999 by Leif and Sarah Jackson, and Leif's brother, Erik. Originally started as Jackson Remodeling, LLC, the Jackson brothers have a combined fifty years experience in the remodeling industry. In 2019, the Jackson's welcomed Josh Zautke as partner, who has been a valuable team member for the last 14 years.
Today, the firm consists of a team of excellent individuals in both the office and the field. The field is supported by an estimator, operations manager, production manager, and an in-house design team.
JDB has earned a reputation for doing quality work with a focus on honesty, reliability and service. We are proud recipients of twelve coveted REX awards for Remodeling EXcellence as well as three Merit awards.
Our clients are happy to tell you about their "exceptional remodeling experience" with JDB - call or email us for references.

The Jackson Design Build team
Our employees have chosen to make careers at Jackson Design Build because we treat them like the professionals they are, providing them with medical insurance, paid vacations and holidays, and a retirement plan. We foster a family environment, encouraging personal growth within the company and providing a rewarding work environment.
Our team is what makes us special. Our clients usually become friends with the carpenters assigned to their project. Though they are happy when the project is done, homeowners are often sad to see "their" carpenter move on. We take pride in our trade contractors (we don't call them "subs") as well, and have assembled a team of professionals who all uphold the same high standards.
