This Ballard kitchen and principal suite remodel reimagined two essential spaces to better support the family's daily routines while creating a cohesive, elevated feel throughout the home. The kitchen layout was refined to improve flow and function, with updated cabinetry, finishes, and lighting that introduce a clean, contemporary character while maintaining warmth and familiarity.

It's always fun when a piece of the home's history is included in projects and the interior window was originally dining niche cabinet doors.

The principal suite was transformed from a large bedroom that didn't allow for a successful furniture layout into a primary suite. The bath has a spacious shower and ample storage. There was enough space to build a second closet in the space.

This remodel balances timeless design with modern function, ensuring the home will continue to serve the family beautifully for years to come.
