With a young and growing family, this old Ballard home also needed to grow. The clients’ goals were to have three bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room on the second floor with high ceilings. And, we did it! With such a significant remodel, the home required updates to  systems, all new exterior siding and windows. In addition to all that work, the main floor also got a refresh including new doors, trims, and flooring. There are wonderful details throughout including the warmth of the mixed grain fir, the cubby under the stairs, the triple bypass pocket doors, the patterned tile, the stair details and more.
