A decade-old funky refresh in this Greenlake home added character, but this kitchen was cut off entirely from the rest of the home and was as dysfunctional as they get. With two very devoted cooks and bakers in the home, we created an efficient kitchen and prep space for two while connecting the clients to their guests whether in the dining room or in the back yard. As hosts of regular backyard gatherings, the clients wanted to be able to stay engaged with their guests and new windows bring the outside in and connect the guests to the cooks.
