This mid-century home with Puget Sound views had a jewel box space waiting to be transformed. The clients gave us carte blanche in this walkout basement space and asked us to surprise them. Two concepts were initially presented: a Teen Zone for their growing kids and a Speakeasy for the adults and entertaining. The clients embraced both, and the “Teeneazy” was born.  This cozy and moody hangout space is a spot for their daughters and their friends to do homework, while also being sophisticated enough to become an adult lounge space for entertaining.
