This year, Jackson Design Build was honored with three awards at the NKBA Puget Sound Chapter Awards — recognition that celebrates the creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration at the heart of what we do.
As a small, family-owned design-build remodeling company in Seattle, we’re grateful to our clients for trusting us with their homes and visions. These projects reflect the best of design problem-solving: embracing challenges, maximizing every inch of space, and making homes more joyful to live in.
A 1963 kitchen transformed into a functional, light-filled space with Japandi design details: clean lines, earthy tones, double ovens, concealed bar cabinet, and a striking bronze backsplash tile.
An all-season outdoor entertaining space featuring Fleetwood sliding doors, infrared heaters, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven, beverage fridge, and root beer tap. Built with marine-grade teak and exterior-rated finishes for durability in Seattle’s climate.
A jewel-box basement transformed into a moody, cozy, and flexible retreat. With sound-dampening wool felt panels, mohair banquette seating, and a lively blue backsplash, the space balances teen hangout vibes with future adult lounge sophistication.
We’re deeply thankful to the NKBA Puget Sound Chapter for this recognition — and most of all to our clients for their trust and creativity. These projects remind us why we love design-build remodeling: every space tells a story, and every home has the potential to bring more joy to daily life.
