Key responsibilites

•    Manage high-quality residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
•    Schedule and supervise all trade contractors and building inspections.  
•    Complete all job paperwork including daily logs, safety notes, change orders, etc.
•    Perform accurate take-offs, order materials, and coordinate deliveries with vendors.
•    Manage a project schedule and hit production schedule timelines.
•    Maintain high client satisfaction using professional, accurate & timely communication.
•    Perform carpentry tasks ranging from demolition, framing, to fine finish carpentry.
•    Conduct/run weekly client meetings.

Do you meet the following qualifications?

•    5 years experience in the construction industry (preferably residential experience, but not required).
•    2 years experience as a lead carpenter or other management experience (preferably, but not required).
•    Time management and punctuality are a must.
•    Attention to detail.
•    General computer proficiency including Microsoft Office & Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
