The Master Builder's Association of King and Snohomish Counties held the 2025 Remodeling Excellence Awards ceremony at the Chihuly Garden and Glass Museum in May.

Companies from throughout the region showcase some of their best work to be considered for an award. The projects are judged based on aesthetics, craftsmanship, unique design solutions, exceptional features or finishes, and use of appropriate building materials that complements existing structure and design.

JDB is honored to have received FIVE awards in various categories, those include:

• Major Remodel, 1,000 sq. ft. or less
• Artistically Aesthetic
• Basement 
• Best for Entertaining
